At STEINBILD, we don't compromise when it comes to the delivery of our unique and valuable product. To ensure fast and secure shipping of our artworks, we collaborate closely with professional logistics companies. We cover the shipping costs for you, so you can fully enjoy your STEINBILD without any worries.
Packaging
Depending on the size and weight, our STEINBILDER are either shipped in a custom-fitted cardboard box or in a specially made wooden crate.
Delivery Time
Normally, delivery takes place within 7 to 10 days after placing the order. However, due to the individual production of our STEINBILDER, there may occasionally be a slightly longer waiting period. Please note that the delivery time may also vary depending on the country of delivery.
Shipment Tracking
Once you have selected and ordered your favorite piece, you will receive an order confirmation via email, including a tracking link. Additionally, you have the option to track the status of your order at any time in your personal STEINBILD account under "My Account" - "My Orders."
Shipping provider
All our STEINBILDER are shipped safely and as quickly as possible via DHL or DPD - with the exception of our particularly large design objects, these are delivered by a forwarding agent.
